  Job Description

  • Review and comment on the drawings for entertainment venues and the development of its space (e.g. stage, auditorium, storage, maintenance area, etc.), BOH facilities.
  • Responsible for MNC Park (but not limited) live themed entertainment program development.
  • Coordination third-party vendors on show concept development, design, show production, production, and document management.
  • Review and manage projects scopes, contracts, documents, and schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate performers’ auditions, casting, hiring, and terminating procedures.
  • Man Power Planning and development and implementation SOP for Production Team crew.
  • Pre-opening arrangements.


Operational Stage:

  • Leads Entertainment Production team of Stage Managers, Production Managers, Team Leaders, Costuming, Performers.
  • Assist GM Entertainment in developing entertainment strategies and promotional activities as well as daily operations, budget management, and work plans in alignment with achieving the park’s creative intent and narratives.
  • Partner with Technical Entertainment on all aspects of entertainment programming and show production and execution.
  • Foster good working relationships between production crews’ members to provide a good atmosphere.

  Job Requirement

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Art, Film, or Architecture.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a multicultural entertainment environment in a theme park (large scale events production and its production management).
  • Preferably has experience in the theme park / Theatre pre-opening experience.
  • Have working familiarity with the various components within the themed live entertainment industry including concept design, show, and TV production/production management, stage management, technical elements including audio, video, lighting, and costuming.
  • Able to use Ms. Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Maya.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Contract-based position.
